A short entry tonight, for my teaching day has left me super-tired and I’m up early to get at it again tomorrow. Longer entries this weekend, I promise.
But today, the new Hearthstone cards came out, so I had over 50 packs to open. Random numbers meant I drew just short of 30 of the same common card, but in one pack I got the new mage legendary card and the mage weapon. Pretty nice pull.
But then the imaginary D20 made it’s many faces to shine upon me. I’m still playing WWE Champions, though I vowed to not spend more money until they get their act together. I just– as part of the last event– got up to the insane number of tokens you have to earn for a free rare pull. There’s a 3 star Dude Love in that pull, with like a .05% chance.
I got the Dude Love card.
Surprised I am.
I also rolled a 20 with my only roll of a die one of my students said was cursed earlier today.
The randomness has been good to me today.
I guess if chaos is a ladder, I’m climbing all the way up today.
